Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having 20+ years experience for PM and 15+  years experience for CM with contractors, must have worked as a PM/CM and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (residential / commercial, Hotels or Hospitals) projects worth more than U.S. $ 150M each, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. He would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in the Middle East.  The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with a strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a ‘hands on’ approach rather than a back office Engineer. Knowledge in steel structure will be an added advantage.
