Bachelor in Civil Engineering, having a minimum of 20 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Planning Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (residential / commercial, Hotels or Hospitals) projects worth more than U.S. $ 100M each, preferably with large construction companies in the Arabian Gulf.  Must be hands on and capable of leading a team of planners, proficient in Primavera and Excel spreadsheet software and able to set up project plans independently in excess of 10,000 activities with resource loading, updates and reports.  Knowledge of cost control is an advantage.
