ACC is the design and build turnkey contractor on the second phase of the Abu Dhabi Trade Center. The scope of works consists of structural, electromechanical and finishing works for the twin office towers, hotel tower and lobby, serviced apartment tower, residential tower, retail areas and a multi story car park. The total built up area is 180,000m².

The towers are finished to the highest standards with a sophisticated intelligent building management, fire protection and security systems. The external facades are cladded with granite and double glazed curtain walls. The Abu Dhabi Trade Center is currently the largest and most prestigious residential/commercial development in Abu Dhabi.
