The Futouh Al Khair Complex in Abu Dhabi was designed by Carlos Ott and ACC were the main contractors on the project. The project involved the construction of three residential towers, a two floor shopping center podium and two levels of underground parking covering a total area of 80,000 square metres.

The residential towers are of varying configuration and footprint, rising to different heights with the top floors enclosed by curtain walls curved in two dimensions.
