The Emirates Palace Hotel is a very high profile project aimed at providing an unsurpassed level of luxury. It challenged our technical and logistical capabilities to the full, and set an unprecedented standard in the region's construction industry.

ACC's consortium was awarded the structures and finishes packages for the two winged, 400 room hotel and related covered parking and ramps (105,000m² total built up area). The structure construction met a very tight schedule of 14 months as it played a vital role for subsequent specialized contractors to commence their works.

ACC was subsequently awarded packages for the related finishes. ACC's success on these packages translated into further award of more work: Grand Arch, ancillary buildings and boundary wall, external services, stone paving and landscaping works.
