ACC is currently building the G+8 storey building of the Luxury Beach Development Project in Jumeirah for Dubai International Marine Club. The total number of rooms will be 289 excluding service rooms. The scope of this package includes the construction, completion and maintenance of the resort.

It includes the main civil works and back of house finishes as well as finishes for guest rooms and common areas.
