The Sailiyah Defense Storage Facilities project includes three air-conditioned and fully equipped steel structure sheds for defense materials.

General contracting services were provided by ACC to cover building construction and some support infrastructure. NATO specifications required heavy duty structures, with explosion proof and fireproof electromechanical installations.
