ACC's outstanding record in fast track construction was further reinforced by the completion of the 22,000 seat Beirut Municipal Stadium, the majority of which was completed in 70 days for the Pan Arab Games.

In order to meet the tight deadlines, a large number of materials had to be air freighted. The project includes the installation of 4,000 precast panels and was designed to International Standards (FIFA).
