ACC has a strong track record for such buildings. The Beirut International Airport VIP Pavilion is another example of ACC's fast track capabilities.

The project was completed in five months (despite long lead procurement time for equipment). It includes an octagonal skylight whose span is 11 metres and 24 ton precast post-tensioned beams.
