The Al Mas Tower is a landmark address to reflect the aspirations and importance of the Dubai Metals and Commodities Center.

The contract consists of the construction of a 360m high office tower, which will has 65 storeys and a total built-up area of more than 185,000m2.

The building consists of two intersecting elliptically shaped towers on a sculptured three storey podium. The taller tower will be 360m high and have 65 storeys and the smaller tower will be 240m high with 54 storeys. There are four basement levels containing car parks and plant and equipment rooms.
