ACC is the main contractor on the 560,000m2 buildings package at the Central Market Re-development in Abu Dhabi. The project consists of a 5 star hotel tower, 4 star hotel tower, Residential tower & an office tower and is generally recognized as the largest building contract awarded in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The 88 storey residential tower will be 382 meters high and is considered to be the tallest in Abu Dhabi. The 5 star hotel tower will be 55 stories high with 279 rooms and 132 serviced apartments. The office tower comprises of 58 stories which will servce as prime office space. The smalles of them, the 16 storied tower will be a four star hotel with 212 rooms. The overall redevelopment comprises apartments, an Arabian souk, branded retail outlets, food outlets and restaurants for all tastes, grade A office space, world class hotels, and parking for in excess of 5,250 cars.
