ACC is the main contractor on the 485,000m2 Etihad Towers development. The project consists of 3 underground basement carpark (90,000 m2) and 3 floors podium (59,500 m2) for commercial/retail purposes and car parking. The 5 towers on top of the podium include hotel, serviced apartments, offices and residences. They range in height from 74 floors to 55 floors.
