ACC is appointed as the Main Contractor for the Construction of Princess Tower in Dubai. The tower will rise to over a height of 414 meters. It has made the claim to be the world's tallest residential building, with a total of 100 storeys, Ground Floor and 6 basement parking levels. It will contain 750 luxury residential apartment units of two, three, four bedrooms, along with duplex villas and penthouses for a total of 170,00m2.
