The tower is 333 meters in height, and the tallest hotel/furnished apartment building in the world.

The project consists of 535 furnished studios divided into four, five and six star categories. The six star studios will occupy the last 20 floors and will offer the guests a privileged unobstructed 360 degree view of the Dubai skyline. The scope also includes a swimming pool and recreation center both located on the roof level. Also included are restaurant and laundry facilities and an adjacent nine storey car park connected to the main tower by a pedestrian bridge.

The project duration is set at 32 months for this Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, which includes the design, construction and FF&E. In order to achieve this tight program we have opted for a structural steel frame and composite construction. All interior finishes are carefully selected by both client and contractor to meet or exceed the level of luxury offered in similar upscale hotels.
