ACC's diversification has included large scale turnkey projects such as the impressive Rotana Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Construction of the hotel took 24 months, including completion of eight restaurants and their kitchens, a business center and conference rooms, comprehensive recreational facilities and 254 rooms, all furnished to five star standards. The hotel was designed in such a way that each room offers a beach view.

ACC is currently working on the expansion of the hotel, which will double its capacity.
